I have been working with colors for many years, making hand crafted fabrics, and performing interior and exterior painting.

When I enter a home, my eyes are drawn to the wonderful paintings that are hanging on the walls.  I always wondered how those artists could give life to a painting using all the beautiful colors and shapes on a simple and plain canvas.

I have learned a lot from the Main Street Art Center. The instructors, Frankie Johnson and Linda Lukachik, have been a great inspiration to me and have taught me various techniques.  I have also attended other workshops and received additional motivation from other artists.  There are many students I have met that are talented and have provided encouragement to me.

I am now pleased to know that my paintings are hanging in homes and are attracting the attention of others.
